Integrating Spirit, Mind, and Body, through Touch I began working in massage in 1993. In 1997 I studied
at the Cayce/Reilly School of Massotherapy in Virginia Beach,
VA. After graduating I worked as a therapist at the A.R.E.
Health and Rejuvenation Center. I also served as an assistant
instructor at the school, while continuing to take classes in
Colon Hydrotherapy, Jin Shin Do® Acupressure, and Infant
Massage. My wife, Helen, and I live in central Vermont
with our cat, Rosemary. Therapies offered: Cayce/Reilly Massage Massage sessions often include gentle, passive, stretches and rotations to help improve flexibility and range of motion. Moist heat may also be used to help relax tight muscles. Your comfort is most important, so while clients usually undress for a massage, and are draped at all times, this is adjusted to each client's preference. "The spirit is life; the mind is the builder; the physical is the result." -- Edgar Cayce reading Healing Touch Acupressure Acupressure eliminates energy blockages and balances energy through out the body. Meridian work focuses on specific energy blockages. Segmental work may focus on acute problem areas such as shoulders or lower back. Five element therapy helps balance energy highs and lows between the different meridians. During Acupressure clients are usually fully clothed while lying on a massage table. Colon Hydrotherapy (Colonics) The practice of cleansing the colon is thousands of years old and goes back to the time of the Escenes. We regularly clean the outside of the body. It is equally important to periodically clean the inside of the body. Back to the list of practioners |
